All women who are members of First Baptist Church Alabaster are automatically members of Women's Missionary Union. Join us as we help spread the gospel around the world through mission study, prayer for those who serve our Lord around the world, and mission projects locally and abroad. We invite you to find your place in one of the groups listed below.

Prayer Warriors

This is a prayer group that meets to pray for the needs of each other, their church family and the world as a whole. Meetings are the 1st Thursday morning of each month at 9:30 am at the church.

Joyful Stitchers

This is an action group that meets every Thursday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm at the Nall House next to the church. You may attend all or any part of the day. We make dolls and other items using various types of needlecrafts. The items we make are donated to charity. Many go to the Shelby Baptist Association and are used in their Holiday House at Christmas. Knowledge of sewing, knitting, etc. is not necessary. We are willing to teach members any necessary skill.

This is a *multifocus group that meets the 1st Monday night of each month at 6:30 pm in the Nall House.

This is a *multifocus group that meets the 3rd Thursday morning of each month at 10:00 am in various locations.

*A multifocus group participates in mission study, mission action, prayer and fellowship.
